HatherlowHR is owned and led by Gillian Williams.
Gillian is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with 20 years of senior management experience working in UK and international blue chip companies before establishing her own business in 2011.
Since then Gillian has worked in all sectors across a range of companies, specialising in leadership and management development and in managing sensitive employee relations issues.
Hatherlow HR also provides a retained HR service for smaller companies with no dedicated, qualified HR resource.
